Evidence That You Have Been Pardon (11/09/2025)

Nov 9, 2025    Pastor Rudolph White, Jr.

This powerful message confronts us with one of the most sobering questions we can ask ourselves: What is the evidence that we have truly been pardoned by God? Drawing from Matthew 7:13-23 and Romans 8:28-30, we're challenged to examine whether our confidence in salvation rests on solid biblical ground or on false assurances. The teaching reveals that hell will be filled not with people who rejected heaven, but with sincere religious people who trusted in the wrong things—their church membership, their good works, their spiritual experiences, or their emotional feelings. We learn that many will stand before Christ claiming they prophesied, cast out demons, and did wonderful works in His name, only to hear the devastating words: 'I never knew you.' This isn't about hypocrites, but about sincere people with wrong theology. The core issue is whether we're trusting in what we've done for God or in what Christ has done for us. True pardon isn't felt into being—it's founded on God's Word. Our feelings change like the weather, but Scripture remains our only reliable certificate of salvation. The message calls us to stop resting in our service, our sincerity, or our tears, and instead to anchor our assurance in the unchanging promises of God's Word, which He has magnified above even His own name.
